  4. Using the Shop requires an internet-connected device, an up-to-date web browser and an active e-mail address. Providing unlawful content is prohibited.

§2. Definitions

Consumer — a natural person concluding a transaction with the Seller not directly related to their business or profession. Sole trader with consumer rights — a natural person concluding an agreement directly related to their business, where the agreement is not of a professional nature for them (Art. 38a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). Customer — anyone placing an order. Product — a movable item presented in the Shop.

§3. Products and prices

  1. Product information in the Shop is an invitation to conclude an agreement.
  2. Prices are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. They do not include delivery costs, which are shown during checkout before the order is placed.
  3. When a price is reduced, the Shop shows the lowest price from the 30 days preceding the reduction.
  4. Products are shipped directly from the warehouse of our partner supplier within the European Union (Slovakia). Available quantities reflect the supplier’s stock.

§4. Placing orders and conclusion of the agreement

  1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the order form, with or without a customer account.
  2. An order is placed by clicking „Order with obligation to pay” (or equivalent). The Customer then receives an e-mail confirming acceptance of the order; the sales agreement is concluded upon its receipt.
  3. A receipt or VAT invoice is issued for each order and sent electronically to the Customer’s e-mail address.

§5. Payments

  1. Available payment methods: online payments via Tpay (operator: Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A., Poznań, Poland) and Paynow (operator: mElements S.A., ul. 2. Payment is due immediately after placing the order. Orders not paid within 3 days may be cancelled.
  3. Order processing starts once payment has been received.

§6. Delivery

  3. Expected delivery time in Poland is usually 1–2 working days from dispatch; dispatch takes place within 2 working days of payment.

§7. Right of withdrawal

  1. Consumers and sole traders with consumer rights may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, counting from taking possession of the Product.
  2. To withdraw, send a clear statement, e.g. by e-mail to the address in §1 or using the form attached to these Terms. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient.
  3. Return the Product to: ul. Diamentowa 71, 08-119 Purzec, Poland without undue delay and no later than 14 days after withdrawal. The Consumer bears the direct cost of the return.
  4. The Seller refunds all payments, including the cheapest standard delivery cost offered, within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Product, or proof of its dispatch, is received.
  5. The Consumer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
  6. The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery (e.g. cosmetics, essential oils).

  3. The Seller responds to complaints within 14 days of receipt.
  4. Transport damage should preferably be reported to the carrier upon receipt; this does not affect the Consumer’s rights against the Seller.
