Bath and body care products — a guide to your home spa

The ancient Greeks already valued salt baths, and warm water with a hint of scent is still the simplest way to take a moment for yourself. Below is a guide to the subcategories — from bath salts and bath bombs, through natural soaps, to the little things that complete your bathroom.

Bath salts

Our bath salts are sea salt with essential oil blends: Evening Relax with lavender and marjoram, Total Unwind with lavender, orange and basil, and Me Time with geranium, lavender and bergamot. Add 2–3 teaspoons to warm water and let the aroma fill the bathroom. The salts come in 350 g bags or large 7 kg sacks. Looking for something special? Try the Himalayan bath salt with jojoba oil and lavender seeds.

Bath bombs and shower steamers

Fizzing bath bombs add colour and fun to your bath — just drop one into the tub. Romantic Rebel Floral Fizz combines English lavender oil, patchouli and rose petals, while the French Lavender heart bath bomb is a sweet, romantic little gift. You will also find fizzing shower steamers in this category.

Natural soaps

Our natural soaps include creamy lavender bars, Greenman Night Time soap with geranium and lavender, handmade in England (free from SLS and parabens), and soap leaves — 20 paper-thin leaves in a handy case, perfect for your bag or travels. Lavender heart soaps are lovely in a guest bathroom.

Soap flowers to give

Soap flowers look almost real. Drop one or two roses into a warm bath and the water takes on colour and scent. Our bestseller is 9 lavender roses in a box, and a smaller gift is 3 roses in a heart-shaped box — for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or a birthday.

Bathroom accessories

In bathroom accessories you will find a Hemu wood soap dish that stops your soap going soft, a gentle konjac sponge for cleansing your face (with daily use it lasts up to 3 months) and mini wooden scoops for bath salts.

Frequently asked questions

How much bath salt should I use?

2–3 teaspoons of salt in a warm bath is enough. The aroma of the essential oils will fill the whole bathroom.

What is the difference between bath salt and a bath bomb?

Bath salt dissolves in the water and gently scents it. A bath bomb fizzes and adds colour and fun — just drop one into the tub.

How do I use soap flowers?

Drop one or two soap roses into a warm bath and the water takes on colour and scent. A boxed bouquet also decorates the bathroom and makes a ready-made gift.

Are soap leaves good for travel?

Yes. The case holds 20 paper-thin leaves of lavender soap — take one out and add water to make a lather.

How long does a konjac sponge last?

With daily use a konjac sponge lasts up to 3 months. Once soaked it becomes soft and gentle on facial skin.

What makes a good gift?

Soap flowers, such as 9 lavender roses in a box, are a favourite, as is bath salt paired with a bath bomb. For ready-made ideas, see Gift Sets.
