Lavender wheat bags — cosy warmth without boiling water

A dry heat pack is a pouch filled with wheat grains, lavender seeds and a touch of lavender oil. It works much like a classic hot water bottle, but instead of pouring in boiling water you warm it briefly in the microwave. The grains take up heat quickly and release it slowly and evenly, and as the bag warms a gentle, floral lavender scent is released. How to use a wheat bag

• On your neck and shoulders — after long hours at the computer, pleasant warmth helps you unwind.
• On cold feet and hands — after a winter walk or in the evening on the sofa with a blanket and a cup of tea.
• As a bed warmer — tuck the warm bag under the duvet about 15 minutes before bedtime and take it out before you fall asleep.
• Chilled — cooled according to the instructions (e.g. in the freezer) it brings pleasant coolness on hot days.

• Heat only according to the instructions on the packaging — in the microwave, in short bursts — and do not overheat.
• Always check the temperature before placing it on your body.
• Do not leave a heated wheat bag unattended and do not use it while sleeping.
