14-day returns
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your parcel, without giving a reason.
- E-mail us at bok@zlawendy.pl or use the withdrawal form (annex to the Terms and Conditions). Include your order number.
- Send the product back within 14 days to: Polish Business Club Sp. z o.o., ul. Diamentowa 71, 08-119 Purzec, Poland. You cover the return shipping cost.
- You will be refunded (including the cheapest standard delivery) within 14 days, using the same payment method — once we receive the parcel or proof of dispatch.
Please note: essential oils, cosmetics and other sealed products cannot be returned if the seal was broken after delivery (hygiene and health protection).
Complaints
If a product is damaged or not as described, e-mail us at bok@zlawendy.pl with your order number, a description and photos. We reply within 14 days and offer a replacement, repair, price reduction or refund as provided by consumer law. Please do not send the product back before contacting us — many issues can be resolved from photos.
Parcel damaged in transit? If possible, ask the courier to record the damage on delivery.
