White Sage & Lavender Smudge Stick — 22.5 cm

White Sage & Lavender Smudge Stick — 22.5 cm is a hand-tied bundle of dried white sage with lavender, with a herbal, gently floral scent. When lit, it releases a herbal, aromatic smoke that gives your space a special atmosphere.

Burning bundles of dried herbs is a custom found in many cultures — Indigenous peoples of North America burned sage during ceremonies, while in Europe herb bundles have accompanied festivals and household customs for centuries. Today a smudge stick is above all a fragrant ritual — before meditation, yoga or a quiet evening.

How to use

• light the tip of the bundle and let it burn for a few seconds,
• gently blow out the flame so the herbs glow and smoke,
• hold a heat-resistant bowl or shell underneath to catch the ash,
• to put it out, press the glowing tip into sand or a non-flammable bowl.

Length: 22.5 cm. Weight: approx. 120 g. Contents: dried white sage and lavender. Country of origin: Mexico.

Made from natural dried herbs, so each bundle may vary slightly in appearance and colour.

Safety
Never leave a smouldering smudge stick unattended. Use a heat-resistant, non-flammable holder placed away from curtains, paper and anything flammable. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Ventilate the room after use.

A large bundle for many rituals — light it and enjoy!
