How to use Lavender Essential Oil from France

• in the bath — a few drops mixed with a carrier oil or bath salts for an evening unwind,
• for a neck and temple massage — diluted in a carrier oil,
• in the bedroom — a drop on your bedding or on a tissue by your pillow for a pleasant, calming scent,
• as a room freshener — a few drops with water in a spray bottle.

Directions
Diffuser: 3–4 drops. On skin: 1–2 drops, always diluted in a carrier oil (e.g. coconut oil) to minimise the risk of irritation.

Caution
May cause an allergic reaction — patch test first: apply a drop of diluted oil behind the ear or on the inner forearm; if any reaction appears within 24 hours, do not use on skin. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical care, consult your doctor. Avoid contact with eyes, the inner ear and sensitive areas.
