Withdrawal from the contract, online form

Bought from Polish Business Club Sp z o.o. as a consumer? You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your order. You do not need to log in to file the declaration: just enter below the email address used for the purchase and the order number.

How does it work? (expand)

Once we have checked the details we will email a single-use link that opens the withdrawal form. The link is valid for 30 minutes and works only once.

In the next step you choose whether to return the whole order or only some items; you can also withdraw from individual units.

After you submit the declaration you will get an email with the declaration number, the date it was filed and a summary of the order. The right comes from Article 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, which implements Directive 2011/83/EU (as amended by 2023/2673).

The number is in your purchase confirmation email, on the "Your order #..." line.

We will email a secure link to this address that opens the withdrawal form.

All fields are required.

The link is valid for 30 minutes and works only once. If the message does not arrive, check your spam folder and enter the address again.

Common questions

How long do I have to withdraw from the contract?

By default you have 14 days from the day you received the order. The period runs from the day the goods came into your possession, or into the possession of a third party other than the carrier.

Can I return only some of the products?

Yes. Once the form is open you choose which items the withdrawal covers. You can withdraw from any number of units and the rest stay in the order.

What happens after I send the form?

You will get a confirmation email with a unique declaration number and a full summary of the order. Then send the goods back to the shop's address within 14 days of filing the declaration.

Are there products that cannot be returned?

Yes. Under Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act the right of withdrawal does not cover, among others, goods made to the consumer's specification, goods that deteriorate rapidly, and goods sealed for hygiene reasons once the seal is broken.
