How to use Winter Fresh Essential Oil Blend

• in aromatherapy — a dozen or so drops in an oil burner, or a few in a diffuser, to fill the whole home with fragrance,
• at bath time — a few drops diluted in a carrier oil, massaged into your feet or hands,
• on a tissue — a few drops on a tissue to keep the fresh scent with you.

This blend is made of pure essential oils — patch test before first use: apply a few drops of the diluted blend to the inner wrist; if there is no skin reaction within 24 hours, you can use it. Always dilute in a carrier oil (e.g. coconut oil) before applying to skin, especially if your skin is sensitive. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical care, consult your doctor. Avoid contact with eyes. As it contains peppermint, eucalyptus and camphor, do not use on young children.
