Everyone deserves a breather. Clary sage brings a herbal, slightly musky note, lemon a crisp freshness and lavender its classic floral calm. Diluted in a carrier oil, the blend is also lovely for a relaxing neck and shoulder massage.

How to use Calm Moment Essential Oil Blend

• in aromatherapy — a dozen or so drops in an oil burner, or a few in a diffuser, to fill the whole home with fragrance,
• at bath time — a few drops diluted in a carrier oil, massaged into your feet or hands,
• as a room freshener — a few drops with water in a spray bottle.

Ingredients: clary sage, lemon, lavender. Volume: 10 ml.

This blend is made of pure essential oils — patch test before first use: apply a few drops of the diluted blend to the inner wrist; if there is no skin reaction within 24 hours, you can use it. Always dilute in a carrier oil (e.g. coconut oil) before applying to skin, especially if your skin is sensitive. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children.
