Lavender essencial oil- 500ml

Lavender essential oil is a large bottle of the classic lavender aroma — for anyone who reaches for lavender every day or makes their own cosmetics and fragrant blends.

How to use lavender essential oil

• in the bath — a few drops mixed with a carrier oil or bath salts for an evening unwind,
• for a neck and temple massage — diluted in a carrier oil,
• in the bedroom — a drop on a tissue by your pillow or on the edge of your bedding for a pleasant, calming scent,
• in your beauty routine — a drop in a portion of your favourite oil or lotion for a gentle lavender aroma,
• as a room freshener — mixed with water in a spray bottle.

Directions
Diffuser or oil burner: 3–4 drops. On skin: always diluted in a carrier oil (e.g. coconut oil).

Capacity: 500 ml.

Caution
May cause an allergic reaction — patch test first: apply a drop of diluted oil behind the ear or on the inner forearm; if any reaction appears within 24 hours, do not use on skin. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical care, consult your doctor. Avoid contact with eyes, the inner ear and sensitive areas.
