Description
Bulgarian lavender essential oil is a concentrated oil obtained by steam distillation of lavender — rich in volatile aromatic compounds that give it a distinctive floral character.
This variety of lavender has a particularly floral scent — soft, sweet and enveloping. A true aromatherapy classic: one small bottle and so many ways to bring a lavender mood to your bathroom, bedroom and living room.
How to use Bulgarian lavender essential oil
- in the bath — a few drops mixed with a carrier oil or bath salts for an evening unwind,
- for a neck and temple massage — diluted in a carrier oil,
- in the bedroom — a drop on a tissue by your pillow for a pleasant, calming scent,
- in your skincare routine — a drop in a little carrier oil to massage into the skin,
- as a room freshener — a few drops with water in a spray bottle.
Volume: 10 ml.
Directions
Diffuser: 3–4 drops. On skin: always diluted in a carrier oil (e.g. coconut, sweet almond or grapeseed oil).
Caution
Do not swallow. May cause an allergic reaction — patch test first: apply a drop of diluted oil behind the ear or on the inner forearm; if any reaction appears within 24 hours, do not use on skin. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical care, consult your doctor. Avoid contact with eyes, the inner ear and sensitive areas.
