Lavender Essential Oil- 50ml from Bulgaria

Bulgarian lavender essential oil 50 ml is a concentrated oil obtained by steam distillation of lavender, with a distinctly floral scent.

Bulgaria is renowned for growing lavender, and this variety stands out for its particularly soft floral note. The oil captures the plant’s volatile aromatic compounds — a few drops are enough to bring a summer field into the middle of winter!

How to use Lavender Essential Oil

• in the bath — a few drops mixed with a carrier oil or bath salts for an evening unwind,
• for a neck and temple massage — diluted in a carrier oil,
• in the bedroom — a drop on a tissue by your pillow for a pleasant, calming scent,
• as a room freshener — a few drops with water in a spray bottle.

Directions
Diffuser: 3–4 drops. On skin: one or two drops, always diluted in a carrier oil (e.g. coconut oil).

Safety
May cause an allergic reaction — patch test first: apply a drop of diluted oil behind the ear or on the inner forearm; if any reaction appears within 24 hours, do not use on skin. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical care, consult your doctor. Avoid contact with eyes, the inner ear and sensitive areas.
