E-mail us at or use the withdrawal form (annex to the [Terms and Conditions](/en/regulamin/)). Include your order number. 2. Send the product back within 14 days to: **Polish Business Club Sp. z o.o., ul. Diamentowa 71, 08-119 Purzec, Poland**. You cover the return shipping cost. 3. You will be refunded (including the cheapest standard delivery) within 14 days, using the same payment method — once we receive the parcel or proof of dispatch. Please note: essential oils, cosmetics and other sealed products cannot be returned if the seal was broken after delivery (hygiene and health protection). ## Complaints If a product is damaged or not as described, e-mail us at with your order number, a description and photos. We reply within 14 days and offer a replacement, repair, price reduction or refund as provided by consumer law. **Please do not send the product back before contacting us** — many issues can be resolved from photos. Parcel damaged in transit? If possible, ask the courier to record the damage on delivery.
