Despite its name, the tea tree has nothing to do with tea — it is an Australian shrub of the myrtle family, and the oil is traditionally obtained by steam distillation of its leaves. Its clean, distinctive aroma is easy to recognise.

### How to use Tea Tree Essential Oil from Pesticide-Free Crops

- in a diffuser or oil burner — a few drops for a fresh, clean atmosphere,
- in homemade skincare — diluted in a carrier oil,
