Avocado is a remarkable fruit, full of valuable fats, antioxidants and micronutrients. Avocado oil is rich in easily absorbed vitamin E as well as potassium. It is most often used to moisturise and smooth the skin — perfect for dry, rough skin. Your hair will love it too: avocado oil is a common conditioner ingredient that moisturises strands, smooths them and adds shine.

Thanks to its wealth of vitamins and amino acids, it is often added to essential oil blends or used as a carrier oil.

### How to use avocado oil
