Ingredient: tocopherol from wheat germ (*Triticum vulgare*), origin: Germany. Vitamin E is a group of fat-soluble vitamins with antioxidant activity — popular in cosmetics as a natural antioxidant. Its richest sources are wheat germ oil, sunflower seeds and almonds. The oil is clear orange to yellow in colour with a mild, “wheaty” aroma.

### How to use vitamin E oil

- add a few drops to your lotion, cream or gel,
- enrich homemade skincare blends and massage oils,
- massage a little into the skin as a moisturising touch,
- for a homemade scrub — mix with sugar or salt and add a drop of your favourite essential oil,
- for hands and cuticles — a little massaged in before bed.
