**Ingredients:**

- **tangerine** — sweet, juicy and cheerful,
- **grapefruit** — refreshing, with a slightly bitter edge,
- **lime** — zesty and invigorating,
- vitamin E oil.

### How to use the Wake up! essential oil blend

- roll onto your wrists, behind the ears or on the back of the neck and breathe in,
- in the morning, before work or on the go — whenever you fancy a fresh citrus lift,
- during the day — top up the scent when you need a refreshing moment at your desk,
- do not apply to irritated skin.
