### How to use the evening essential oil blend

- in an oil burner or diffuser — a few drops in water fill the room with a calm aroma,
- in the bath — a few drops mixed with a carrier oil or bath salts,
- on a tissue by your pillow — one drop for a pleasant, calming scent in the evening.

**Ingredients:** Roman chamomile, sage and vetiver essential oils. Volume: 10 ml.
