# Dostawa i płatności

We ship by **courier to your address** from our logistics partner’s warehouse in the European Union. The partner picks the carrier (e.g. InPost, DPD). Parcels usually arrive within **1–2 working days of dispatch**, and we email you the tracking number.

The delivery price depends on the total weight of the products in your cart. You will see it in the cart and at checkout before you pay.

We currently ship within Poland.

## Payment

- **BLIK** — the fastest, with a code from your banking app,
- **fast online transfer** — from a list of banks,
- **payment card** — Visa, Mastercard,
- **Google Pay** and other digital wallets,
- **traditional bank transfer** — to the account number in your order confirmation (shipped once the payment is received).

Online payments are handled by Tpay and Paynow (mBank). We process your order once the payment is confirmed.

Need a VAT invoice? Enter your company name and VAT ID in the order.

## Returns

You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Sealed products such as essential oils cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Returns address: ul.
