Below we describe how the shop meets accessibility requirements, what is not yet accessible and how to report a problem. ## How the shop meets accessibility requirements - Pages have a clear heading structure and the page language is marked (Polish or English). - Every page starts with a “Skip to content” link; the menu, cart and checkout can be used with a keyboard only, and the focused element is clearly highlighted. - Text and background colours were chosen for sufficient contrast; text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content. - Product images have text alternatives, and form fields have labels and clear error messages. - The shop works on phones and tablets and when zoomed in, without horizontal scrolling. - Price, delivery cost and the order summary are shown before you place the order. ## What is not yet fully accessible - Product documents in PDF (safety data sheets, IFRA certificates, allergen declarations) come from the manufacturer and may not be accessible to screen readers. On request we will provide their content in another format. - Some product image descriptions are simplified; we are gradually improving them. - Payment provider pages that the checkout redirects to are run by those companies and we have no control over their accessibility. ## Report an accessibility problem If something in the shop is not accessible to you or you need information in another format, e-mail or call [+48 727 469 075](tel:+48727469075). Please include the page address and a description of the problem. We will reply as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the supervisory authority — the President of the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON), Poland.
